Don spent 43 years at United Parcel Service, where he was a member of the Board of Directors for many years until his retirement in 1994. For the last 8 years of his career he was COO of UPS International, responsible for all operations outside the USA. During this period, he was instrumental in the global expansion of UPS, establishing UPS as a true global leader. Don has a Bachelor Degree in Business from Marymount College and attended advanced management programs at Harvard Business School.
