#1 What is RedPack?
RedPack operates numerous 24/7 PUDO (Pick-up and Drop-off) locations where field technicians can pick up and drop off service parts. The wide selection of locations almost guarantees that they are closer to your technicians and customers than your warehouse.

#2 What kind of companies is it good for?
RedPack is good for any field service organization that uses parts on a regular basis. Our solution can be used by office equipment companies, medical equipment companies, facility management companies, IT service companies and electronic equipment companies.

You only pay when you use a RedPack location; there are no setup fees and no cancellation fees. The actual price varies by geographical location.

By using our dense network of locations your technicians can collect or return parts much closer to your customers. This ultimately means converting the technicians’ drive time to repair time.

#8 We are using UPS/FedEx – do we need RedPack?
We actually complement carriers such as UPS and FedEx. We can bring your parts closer and faster due to the number of our locations. We also have the RedLink tracing system that gives you more information about your parts at any given time. RedLink system keeps more information than the UPS/FedEx tracking systems and uses state-of-the-art technology.

#9 Can I use RedPack for returns?
Absolutely. RedPack was designed for pick-up as well as return of parts. The technician just has to return the part to any nearby PUDO (Pick-Up and Drop-Off) and we take care of the rest.

#10 How long can a part stay at a RedPack location?
3 days. After 3 days we contact you for instructions.

#11 Do I need software?
No. All you need is a web browser.

#12 Do I need to change the way I work?
RedPack is very simple to use. Basically all you have to do is address the parts to one of our locations that you have pre-selected and tell us which technician is authorized to collect it. RedPack will take care of the rest.

#13 Are my parts safe?
Yes. We know at any given time where your part is through the RedLink tracking system. All exceptions are identified by our closed loop tracking system. We also insure parts up to $500.

#14 Do you offer phone support?
Yes. Our customer service staff is available on the phone or online.

#15 Is RedPack available in my area?
We provide nationwide coverage incorporating FSL and PUDO locations. Our solutions group analyze your service call data to help you determine what location is right for you. Please refer to the locations page for more details.
