| After a 34 year career at United Parcel Service (UPS), Ralph along with Juan Sotolongo founded RedPack Network in October of 2005. Ralph's final responsibility at UPS was in charge of the Northwest region of the USA, encompassing 30,000 employees and millions of packages every day. Prior to that, Ralph was Vice President and Chief Operation Officer for UPS Americas (Mexico, South America and Caribbean) and subsequently responsible for UPS Europe (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Ralph has Bachelor of Science degrees from Robert Morris University and Pennsylvania State University. Ralph also has completed the Harvard Executive Education program and the Insead MBA program. |
